Anaplan model builder certificate

Hi All,

 

I have completed my level 1 and level 2 model building exams including the conclusion. 

 

I printed the level 2 model building certificate.

 

However I haven't yet received the anaplan model builder certificate. It's been 2 days since I completed the course.

I also emailed academy@anaplan.com but haven't received any response.

 

Can anyone please let me know how I can get this certificate of completion.

    Hi @Archita ,

     

    To get the model Builder Certificate you need to complete the Level 1 , Level 2 and The Anaplan Way Certification.

    thanks for your reply.

     

    I have completed all three. When i open my dashboard, it only shows me two options in the dropdown - my home and my class registrations. 

     

    i am not sure where i can go to see the below -

    Hi Archita ,

     

    There are few things you can try :

     

    1. You can go to your record of Learning and check whether you have completed all the trainings. Records of Learning is present in Learner profile.

    2. if you have confirmed that all the requirements are completed, better mail academy@anaplan.com and ask them about it.
