Region importing issue at 1.3.4.3 Update SYS07 Location Details Module LEVEL 2

While importing the location.csv into the SYS07 Location Details module, the region part is not uploaded properly.

why? because:

It is the reason that region flat has 3 line items: AMER, EMEA, APAC.

However the csv DATA file attributes the regions as AMERICAS, EUROPE and PACIFIC

    how to fix?:

    I found two options to fix:

    1st and not recommended:

    change the format from locationflat to 'text' at blueprint

    so the obstacle while importing data will not encounter to the wall of format and will upload properly.

    2nd and preferable:

    change the excel data info by converting Americas, Europe and Pacific to proper format as AMER, EMEA, APAC

    so this will pass the proper importing format.

     

    I want to share my solution because there is no other entry for this topic,
