How much time it takes to get 90 days free trail of Anaplan for learner's ?

I have applied for Anaplan 90 days free trial for a learner's license more than 2 days ago but haven't got any response about my access to the workplace. How can I check the status of my application ???

    I mailed them but haven't got any response yet !!!
