Designed models are missing in Anaplan

Hello All, Good Day.

 

I am part of the Anaplan Access program and suddenly today I found the designed models missing on my Anaplan work space.
 
I have last modifies the models on 6th Sep 2021 - 10 PM IST.
 
I have raised a support case (00373606) with Anaplan . And the reply from the support team was " I see your account is not added to any workspaces and that is the reason you are unable to access the models.

Can you please check with your workspace admins to add you the workspaces. "
 

Could you please help me on this issue, to whom/which team i can contact for getting my access and designed models back on Workspace.
