I changed start and leave dates format. But I don't know how can I change the code format in downloading file. do you have any suggestions?

    Thank you for respond, I changed employee --> name.

    but still failed for importing data

    I see, it was supposed to be the numbered list.

    Agreed, except the department code should not be mapped as that would be included as a formula.
