    Notification for TrustArc to be added to the subprocessor list; TrustArc is a privacy platform and will be our third party to manage Data Subject Access Requests and customer communication and subscription preferences. 

    Notification for Confluent to be added to the subprocessor list; Confluent is used for security event management in a multi-cloud environment.

    2/23/2022:

     

    Notification for Forethought.ai to be added to the subprocessor list; Forethought.ai will be ingesting customer emails and chat messages that route to Salesforce in order to aid in triage, solving, and assistance.

     

    Notification for Unbabel to be added to the subprocessor list; Unbabel is an application that translates customer support cases in various languages into Salesforce. Customer Care agents would potentially leverage this tool for translation needs.

     

    Notification for Temporal.io to be added to the subprocessor list; Temporal.io is a workflow engine that allows writing and running of cloud based applications and coordinates microservices.

    Notification for updating the purposes of use for Amazon Web Services Inc to include expansion of hosting data used to operate the Anaplan platform (Metadata and Account data). 

     

    Notification for updating the purposes of use for Google Inc to include Canada as a public cloud hosting location, and expansion of hosting data to operate the Anaplan platform (Metadata and Account data).

    Notification for AppViewX to be added to the subprocessor list. AppViewX is a software tool that will support the Anaplan platform with certificate management, including monitoring expiry, generation of new certificate, and notification.
