    This error maybe either of two:

    1) the subset "s Location Flat: Distribution Centers?" does not have any items (you have to select them in the list)

    2) there is a selective access applied to this list

    I think it is the first one. Make sure your list has elements.

    Check the Selective access which is applied in this list.

     

    If still not working, Share the screenshot of that list.
