Hello,

I have finished the activity #17 but when I check my data, is not the same for the line Tenure.

For Elwood, Josh - Forecast - Sep 15 : the figure is 8, my figure is 5

For Anderson, Janet - Forecast - Sep 15 : the figure is 67 my figure is 60

All my formulas seems correct, if you can help me ?

Thanks in advance

Hi, I faced a similar problem. It is because of the difference in the date formats between anaplan and the file we imported. While the csv file had dates in the MM/DD/YYYY format; the Anaplan settings are reading it as DD/MM/YYYY. So 10th March is being read as 3rd October, hence the difference in tenures!
Not too sure of the resolution though - comments in this forum (https://community.anaplan.com/t5/Anaplan-Platform/Set-Date-by-Time-Zone/td-p/227) suggest changing the settings in our browser.

@amanda_myton Is there a way by which we can change the date format within Anaplan?

The way time is handled in Anaplan is dictated by your browser settings - so, if you have your browser set to display dates MM/DD/YYYY, Anaplan will do the same.  If your browser is set the way you want it,, there's no need to change those settings.  Instead, when you are importing the data into Anaplan, you need to tell it what format your source data dates are in.

When you import, go into the "Time" tab, and indicate the format of your source data.  It will then import properly and display the way you want.
