Reps setup module - map displayname of Reps L4 list to module

Hi all,

 

The formatting for importing the Reps L4 List was followed. Any idea why the information will not import?

    Hello ,

     

    You can include Reps L4, Parent, Code. Display Name is not required while importing a file .

    Thank you for your answer 
    But in the training guide, we are told to leave "Reps L4" blank and use display name.

    Try re importing the destination file by

    1) Unticking the "Numbered List" for Reps L4 and 

    2) Select "Sales Rep(column 1)" for the display name
