Section 6 Region Goal Set Formulas Region % Formula not working

I cannot get the formula for the Region percentage to work even though the formula is provided in the guide. I get an error that says "Dimension of mapping doesn't map dimension of result" even though I am using the parent for the lookup.
Please help I cannot figure out what setting or heirarchy is effecting this.
