All units not uploaded to Direct module

in Anaplan Community

I am getting error message, which is leading to failure in uploading all units.

 

As per upload file, no of units for March in forecast version is 58,176....whereas after upload Direct module shows units 57,011. Which is not right.

 

I have attached the relevant screenshots.

Please suggest.

    Can you please direct, where to get the details of ignored transactions.

    By using vlookup i realized that Units sold by one Sales representative is missing in Anaplan. I am cheking for the reasons.
