102 Certification - Direct Revenue Module

This is for question #5 in 102 Certification project.

I thought I setup everything correctly. But none of the listed answers match to what I get in the Direct Revenue module. I selected an available answer closer to what I get so I can move on, but unfortunately I'm running into the same issue in Question #6 as well. 

 

Please advise if I missed any steps or did anything incorrectly. Attached are relevant screenshots for the Direct Revenue module.

    Thanks! This definitely helps.

     

    I couldn't validate the asnwers though as my questionair got locked (after 2 attempts). But I'm sure this summary setting would have given me the correct answers. Thanks!
