Currency to be used for new Capex inputs

Hi,

 

In the user story 6.1 New Capex Additions, it is mentioned that entry should be in local currency. But, in the excel sheet they are using GBP for inputs.

Can someone please provide clarity on the same.

    Hi Pavan,

     

    I am not sure to fully understand the structure here.

    Is a Sales Team (e.g. South Africa Sales Team) able to purchase new Capex? I thought new Capex was managed centrally from the UK. 

     

    Also, the depreciation should be done by month, cost center and asset category. So far I have created a new list called 'New Asset' in which I create the new Capex. This 'New Asset' list is a child of the 'Central' list, in the way that the new asset may be a facility, marketing,...

    My issue is that I can't find  the view that is required with this structure, any recommendations on that?
