Course Model download links broken?

Hi,

currently I am struggeling to download/install any model that is linked on the Lessons List for this course. The only exeption is the Central Libary Workbook wich works fine. The message that pops up is:

 

"The application could not be installed. Illegal argument" (see attached screenshot)

 

So far I have tried to download the workbooks "Engine Workbook", "UX Workbook" and "SUM Training Model". Does anyone experience the same problem or is the something wrong in our workspace settings?

    Hi Laurie,

     

    Unfortunately, no. Support gave us access to a training workspace as an interim solution. Now I install the workbook there and copy it into our workspace. Anaplan support told me that they want to give us a new workspace and hope that this will solve the problem. I still don’t know what’s the reason for the problem.

     

    For everyone with a similar problem. According to Anaplan support, the following methods are often helpful (they will ask you to do this):
    1. Try different browsers.
    2. Use Google Chrome incognito mode or something similar and try to download the workbook again.
    3. If over 80% of Workspace memory is in use, archive some workbooks and try again.

    Dear all

    Same problem on my side even with Chrome and other alternative browsers.

    Are there any news with regards to this issue other than waiting?

    For anyone having trouble adding the various training workbooks to their workspaces for please contact support@anaplan.com.  Our support team will be able to assist.  To expedite the process please include the workbook(s) name, your Anaplan user email, and which workspace ID you are using.
