Hi everyone -- Is there a presales model coming with the new Workflow functionality anytime in the near to distant future?  Thanks!

    Hi Shea,

     

    Workflow needs to be configured at the workspace level, so it has to be configured instead of just copied in. I have a note out to our internal presales team to see if they have any good learnings or documentation. I would encourage you to take a demo model you are comfortable in and try to configure a worlflow process yourself. The process builder requires somewhat of an underlying workflow structure to already be built into the model (Approval modules, etc.), and that will become a bit clearer once you start working with process builder.
