201 Intermediate Model Building - Dependent Dropdowns - Need assistance

I'm stuck on the Dependent Dropdowns instructions in Section 14.  I've followed the PDF instructions and listened to the video, but cannot get the dependent dropdowns to work.

 

I've got a Geo properties on my Roles list and formatted it:

It's mapping Geos to roles.

I've got the Rep Setup module with the Geo line item in place:

I've got the format set for Geo

I've formatted the Role line item:

And with all that, when I try to test the filter, it doesn't appear to work:

What am I doing wrong?

    One of the Product Managers suggested I un-set and re-set the value and it picked it up.  Fixed
