Need help with Section 12 Activity 17: Rep Quota- Module "Goal'

Hi,  

I get the following error when even pasting the formula in my formula box.  

 

First argument for 'IF' function must have BOOLEAN format not NUMBER

I tried everything, and seem to always get the same error.

  I removed the Switchover in Version Setting, repasted the formula, and now it works.   Weird.
