Hi All,

 

I can't seem to get the correct tenure. The formula is working but the result is incorrect (see attached screenshots).

Could anyone think why this may be?

    Thanks for your response.

    Yes I have used FY15 and the start date for Josh is 02/05/2015 (see attachments).

    Do you know what else could be the problem?
