Can't get my anaplan 102 certification (even though i validated with 100%)

Hello everyone,
 

I validated my Anaplan certification with 100%.

Finally, when I contacted Anaplan support to get my certification, they told me that I've had only 30% score, which is IMPOSSIBLE (all my results were perfectly correct and I got the final message in the screenshot attached)
I am so disappointed, please tell me if there is anything I can do!
If anyone can explain to me what happened,

    Hi,

     

    No i don't have access to the survey.

    I did all the lessons multiple of times since it's my first experience with a similar tool, yet i have 0% progress
