Activity #17 Headcount formula performance impact

I can see that there are a few different ways to write this formula.  Based on the hint I am assuming that one should test if Goal has a value.  Another way to write it as simple division, Goal / Goal.

 

I get that this model is small so the uestion is theoretical, is there a performance impact between  the division relying on the conditional statement from Goal vs performing the conditional test again within the Headcount formula?
