Workflow by Version or for Current Version only
It would be a big help if you could set the workflow for a specific version, or to have it impact only the "current" version. Every year, we will be working on a forecast as well as our Budget for the next year. However, once the workflow is complete for that forecast, it will also lock editing on the budget for those companies. Our workaround has been to create a seperate model, but this adds unecessary complications for us, as well as the users.

Based on the product demos I saw @ HUB, they are adding significant workflow functionality in late July, early August!!!!
For now, we just have people make changes in a "Scenario" version, bulk copy to a Budgeted version and then we lock specific versions based on editing periods. Notifications are sent via a MailTo module which you can connect to your company g-mail with a few simple lines of JavaScript.Feel free to message me and we can discuss in more detail.
