User option to minimize a (text) card

Hi all

There is a default possiblity to maximize a card box, but I think it would also be good to specify on the settings of a (text) box if the users can minimize the box. 

For instance: on a lot of pages we provide guidelines on top of the page. For more experience users, these guidelines are unnecessary. But as new users keep using the pages, we can't just delete them. Providing an option to give the users the option to minimize (and keep it minimized when reopening) these card boxes for users would create an extra flexibility on the UX pages.
