Copying and pasting a blank cell also clears the cell below.

This item has been identified as an outstanding known issue. A workaround is provided until the issue is officially fixed.
Issue
When a blank cell is copied and then pasted back on top of itself, or onto another cell, the cell beneath this one is also wiped.
This issue occurs both in modules and on classic dashboards, and for line items of (at least) the following formats:

Workaround
This issue can we be worked around but deleting the contents of the target cell, rather than copying and pasting a blank cell.
