Here's What You Missed... 

What a wonderful turnout! Thank you Group Leaders for attending our quarterly All Hands and a special thanks to our guest speaker and fellow Group Leader @Aaron.wasinger.

If you were unable to attend, you can view the recording and find Aaron's slide deck attached. There were many great takeaways and tips shared including these ten lessons learned. Such great tips, Aaron!

  1. Don’t go it alone. Find a Customer kindred spirit.
  2. Be creative.
  3. Engagement is the holy grail. Conversation matters more than content.
  4. Consistency. Relationship bonds form over time.
  5. Stop talking. Customers want to hear from other customers.
  6. Don’t over stuff the turkey.  Less truly can be more.
  7. Make it fun! If you’re bored, you’re not alone. 
  8. Trivia, polls, prizes and spontaneity.
  9. It’s an Anafamily. Create that ambiance.
  10. Be inspirational! Community is bigger than all of us.

  1. Slack is coming soon! You heard it here first, we are bringing back a Group Leaders only Slack channel. For those of you who are not internal Anaplan employees, we are working with IT to allow access and will have more to come. For now, communication will have to remain via email. Don't forget to Subscribe to Slack Notifications.
  2. End of Q1 is approaching — start looking at your goals PowerPoint and let's keep the momentum going with even more events in Q2. 
  3. If you have not done so already, please sign and submit the Group Leader Agreement form. 
  4. Don't forget to respond to the post-event survey! We want to hear your feedback and ensure our Group Leader All Hands are beneficial for all of you.
