Customer Success Standard Operating Process Guides (SOPs)
Customer Success Standard Operating Process Guides (SOPs) outline the purpose, process owner(s), tasks and supporting collateral of work that involves multiple stakeholder groups. The first set of SOPS addresses centralizing operational capabilities, redirecting selling/preselling activities and simplifying the Gainsight Partner+ widget request process.
If you have any requests for a published SOP to be modified/updated or for additional SOPs to be created, simply download, complete the fields and send this feedback email template! The Customer Operations team will review and prioritize all requests on a regular basis.
