Models not being added to 'Recently visited' section on Home, and 'Last viewed date' not updating

This item has been identified as an outstanding known issue.  A workaround is provided until the issue is officially fixed.

 

Issue


If a model is opened with the 'new model experience' toggle switched on or opened from 'manage models' then the 'last viewed' time isn't updated meaning that the model won't appear in the 'models' section of 'recently visited' on the homepage nor will it have been updated on the 'view all models' list.

 

Workaround


To workaround this issue, open the model from 'view all models' with the 'new model experience' toggle off.  This will add it to the 'Recently visited' section, and update its 'Last viewed' date.
