As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure our customers have successful Anaplan implementations and smooth adoption, 45 days after a project kicks off, we send an Implementation Pulse survey to the Primary Contacts attached the Account Use Case that is being implemented. The following criteria must be met for the Implementation Pulse survey to be sent out:

  1. Status= Implementing
  2. Today's Date = 45 Days after Project Start Date
  3. Implemented By ≠ Customer
  4. "Do not send automated Implementation Pulse Survey" ≠ Yes

CS BPs have the option to opt out contacts on their Use Case by clicking the (forthcoming) "Do not send automated Implementation Pulse Survey” button on the Use Case Object. Below is a sample Account Use Case that would be eligible to receive an Implementation Pulse survey (45 days after the Project Start Date).

Once the survey is sent out, and the customer responds, you will receive an email notification with instructions on following up with the customer. Details on the Closed Loop Process are forthcoming!
