    I wont advise you to add one year to the field because it wont make any sense. The PERIOD function should return you the correct value of the YEAR of that specific Date. Would you please wont mind drilling down the cell and check which date it is picking up. To drill down right click on any cell in the FY column and select drill down and you can check the date.
