Issue with import action when importing data using saved view

I am trying to import data from saved view to module and i have applied some filters on that saved view depends on filter the data getting updated and at some point of time the saved view getting empty because we don't have any data as per filters(as per requirement its working as expected) so when we run import action at this time the import action not importing anything from then even if we change time period also see attachment for reference.
