anaplan workspace access problem

Hi 

 

i received anaplan activation/complete process registried mail, i tried with new password login into anaplan workspace. 

 

when i login that time i seen @MY workspace its shown 20 or 30sec only then after automatically redirect into the login page without any actions.

Please check and help me to get the workspace.
