Unable to click on 2021 Certified Model Builder Certificate

Hello,

 

I have completed the Level 1 and Level 2 along with The Anaplan Way, but still can't get the Model Builder certification. But it ask me to became a member of the Audience: 2021 Certified Model Builders.(Attached a screenshot)

How to became a member?

    Hi,

    I am also having am issue. Completed the L2MB sprint 3 exam but now able to access the next conclusion course.

    I actually did the exam twice but still the same.

     

    Not sure what to do. Please advice.
