Keep Model In Memory (KMIM)- can we keep model cache alive , it will help with performance

n we keep the model cache in the buffer/memory (Keep running) alive, instead of clearing eveytime after logout?

This will take a long time to load the model every time when size is huge ..otherwise we have to keep some dummy job running to Keep Model In Memory (KMIM)
