Unable to access the Level 2 model building conclusion

Hello,

 

I have completed all the 3 sprints of level 2 training including the exams but now I'm unable to access to conclusion part, can I contact someone who can direct me on this.

    Thank you for your prompt reply. But somehow its marking some of my activities as undone for sprint 1 again and again even after I'm marking it as complete. 

    Is there any way that can be fixed, as I don't want to make a second attempt and redo the entire sprint again.
