Did you know that you can update your projects with one click? There's an "easy button" for that! If your project is green and you have no new notes to add, just click "renew" and your project will show up to date in the bi-weekly leadership reviews.

 

Self-service adoption/compliance reporting (September 27, 2021)

In support of further driving the adoption and success of the Joint Deployment Blueprint, and allowing you to inspect your business in real-time, we are happy to share the new Joint Deployment Health – Adoption Dashboard. This dashboard will enable our CS leadership and field to ensure activity and data related to JDB projects are accurate and up to date.

As you are now able to self-service this information, moving forward we will not be sending internal compliance reports via email, and ask you to manage this directly with your teams to ensure we achieve our committed 100% adoption by the end of Q3.

 

FAQ added (September 21, 2021)

An FAQ has now been added to the JDB content in Community. This will be a living document, updated as items arise; if there is anything you wish to see added, please email customer.operations@anaplan.com.

 

Enhanced dashboards launched (September 16, 2021)

We are extremely excited to share an enhanced set of dashboards to better support your JDB journey and drive successful outcomes for our customers. These dashboards were created to:

  • Enable our team to have improved visibility into projects requiring our attention due to actual or potential implementation health issues, and
  • Improve dashboard navigation functionality

Push alerting to partners (September 15, 2021)

To help drive partner adoption of the JDB, we have now launched push alerting to partners.
  • Added to project: Starting September 15, 2021, each partner contact added to a project will receive an email notifying them of the specific project, company, and BP, along with providing training and reference resources. This will be sent on a 72-hour delay, to ensure Gainsight, SFDC, and Anaplan systems have time to sync. (A one-time email was also sent on September 21st to all primary contacts who had not yet input any notes to ensure they had visibility to these projects having been created.)
  • Change in health score: Every Monday starting September 27, 2021, for projects where Anaplan has changed a project's heath score, the partner contact will be notified, again providing instructions and the contact info of the project's Anaplan BP to connect with. 
Both emails will be sent from partner.help@anaplan.com; the Partner Success team will triage any inbound responses from our partners.
