App creation issue

Hi,

 

I am unable to see any create app option in App section. If I open Administration also the page is erroring out giving 404 error.

 

I have just 90 days beta trial access for anaplan. Is it the reason?

This is required for me to finish my sprint 2 course.

    Thanks for your reply. Looks like for talent builder workspace they won't provide access for Apps
