The Partner Enablement Toolkit’s content has been updated, with a whole new look-and-feel, to help increase your self-sufficiency and success with Anaplan and your customers.

In an effort to strengthen the relationship between Anaplan Partners and Customers, the Customer Care team has compiled a comprehensive set of resources to help provide guidance on the best way to support your customers.

This toolkit will help you, as an Anaplan Partner, to know when to directly support your customers, and how and when to escalate cases and contact Anaplan Support. Topics that will be covered include support case best practices, case responsibilities, model copies, Administration, workspace provisioning, and troubleshooting errors, to name a few.
