Microsoft Excel is waiting for another application to complete an OLE actions

Hi, 

 

Please help on our Excel Anaplan Addins, we are receiving error "Microsoft Excel is waiting for another application to complete an OLE actions". After we select the "X" it will throw another Anaplan error see below image.
