Optmizer issue - "Could not parse Optimizer configuration"

Dear experts,

 

I'm trying to create an Optimizer, where I'm defining the Objective, Inputs and Variable.

However, I get an error "Could not parse Optimizer configuration".

 

Is it compulsory to define the constrain in it?

Can you plz suggest what could have possibly gone wrong based on the error message.

I tried to search any similar thread on community, but couldn't find any. Hence any help will be appreciated.
