Deleting a Ragged Hierarchy

I have a ragged hierarchy and I’m trying to use a delete action to delete the whole list. When I run the action, it only deletes the leaf level even though the line item used to select deletions covers all levels.

 

Do you know a way to delete all levels of an entire ragged hierarchy through a delete action at once?
