Unable to add text on the box for new location

Hi, I have added some new locations, Now whenever I try to add a name or data for a new location it won't let me. However, for the existing location, this is working fine, Just does not work for new location that I have added. I have checked all the location settings and location codes fore new locations. Everything seems correct. Any suggestions.

    No error, I cant add anything ( it didn't let me ) for new new location, but other existing one i can
