Cards and pages crash on Mobile App if empty grid or chart published

This item has been identified as an outstanding known issue.  A workaround is provided until the issue is officially fixed.

Issue

If you have published a grid or chart without a data source configured to a Board page in the UX, when loading the same page on the Mobile App, all data-driven cards will display an error. If the data-less grid or chart card is published as an Additional Insight on a Worksheet page, the app will crash altogether.

Workaround

Remove any such grid or chart cards from the UX page. In the case of wanting to use the card title as a link to another page, please use a Text card for this purpose.
