Website Issues - Login Error

Hello:
I see multiple people on the "known issues and workaround" page are having the same issues I am currently having. Since I'm new I'm just not sure if it's here that I post that I'm having the same issues? I cannot log in because the page keeps giving me and error message and I can't bypass it by hitting "forgot password". How do we known when those types of issues have been resolved?
