Hi,

My name is Laura and the company I am with started to use Anaplan models recently. I have been using Anaplan excel add-in to pull data for a few weeks and the experience has been great. Starting from yesterday, I was not able to log into that excel add in and got a message: "Top help protect your security, your web browser blocked this site from downloading files to your computer." Can someone advise what I should do to unblock it? Thank you very much!

    Laura,

    Can you simply click on the alert and hopefully it will give you options to download or open?

    I uninstalled the Anaplan excel add on (an old version) from my computer and installed the latest add on version, then I was able to pull data from that new Anaplan add on version. I am all set now. Thanks!
