Anaplan model not opening up.

I was unable to open the model I was working on,as well as other models of that workspace are also not opening.I can open the models of other workspaces.

 

It so happened that I applied a formula and that seemed to be incorrect and I was getting the processing error.My browser just got refreshed in the middle of that processing and since then I am facing the above stated issue.

It would be a great help if someone could tell what to do in this case.

    Thank you for your response
    but I am still unable to open up the model/workspace.Its been more than 2 hours now since this is happening.I have tried edge/incognito as well.
    It seems that the problem still persists.

    Surely I'll contact the support.
    The model was in offline mode,is there anything to do with that.

    I can't even open the manage models for that workspace.
