Hello, 


I am getting several errors no matter what I try to do the formula with the Role. I get the List or Dat format error and I have checked each data format. I also am getting the source error as well when I try to do that. 

 

Not sure what I am doing wrong with my formula at this point.

    Update: Passed, I started over and this corrected the previous errors.
