Dynamic Cell Conditional Formatting

As far as I am aware there is not the ability for model builders to add conditional formatting based on dynamic cell access. For example, users have an input module with DCA read and write access and you want to highlight which cells allow for inputs based on their write access, and do not highlight the cells with read access.

    while doing L2 Activity 3.3.7, I have look through many info and simply cannot locate the conditional formatting for dynamic cell access to highlight cell border for specified inputs.
