Special character in dummy list/module

Can anyone show me the way to input such special symbol for list name? (E.g.: like small rec in the image below)

I've been searching around still not figure it out how to have it done.

Thank you for your quick reply. OMG It's way simpler than I thought before with encoding or anything.
Instead, I just need to copy the unicode charecters I want.
