As we kick off an exciting new fiscal year, I am thankful for all we accomplished in FY22. Together we have guided our customers on incredible transformation journeys, have addressed their C-level priorities, and enabled them to achieve their business outcomes and realize significant value. I am energized about FY23 and the opportunity to articulate the power of enterprise-wide real-time planning - true table stakes to competing and winning in today’s market.

I am most proud of how we have worked through another year of pandemic ups and downs and supported each other. At Anaplan, we have doubled down our focus on talent, culture, and developing our people. In addition to hiring some of the most exceptional talent we have seen, we are also building our talent from within, elevating leaders who have the experience, passion, and drive to take our teams to the next level.

I am delighted to announce that Matthew Kenneally has joined as VP, Partner and Alliances for the Americas. Matthew will focus on driving Anaplan’s alliances strategy forward and maximizing opportunities for our partner ecosystem. Prior to joining Anaplan, Matthew worked for several leading technology companies including SAP, CallidusCloud, Salesforce, Oracle, and Siebel. Matthew is based in Sonoma County, California.

Christian Gonzalez has joined the team in the capacity of VP Partner Strategy, Operations and Programs and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the impact he is already making. Christian spent the past three years building Splunk’s partner ecosystem strategy to support their transformation from perpetual licensing to a cloud-based business model. Prior to Splunk, Christian held a variety of different roles across strategy, business development and operations for direct and indirect routes to market at HPE and AWS. Christian calls Walnut Creek, California, home.

It also gives me great pleasure to announce that four internal candidates are stepping into new GPAO roles, true validation of our belief in nurturing our talent and growing from within. Mike Allen, who has been with Anaplan for almost three years, is transitioning to the role of VP Growth Land Partners for AMER where his experience and know-how will be essential to our focus on Growth Land in FY23. Mike brings tremendous experience leading both sales and partner teams along with the passion to get us quickly and efficiently partnering for success in this important area of focus in FY23.

After four years as a top-performing Anaplan account executive, Julie Roger-Carel joins our team as Alliance Director-France. With her sales and marketing background, Julie brings a wealth of ideas, knowledge, and experience to the team. She is passionate about business transformation, and her philosophy that succeeding with partners is always better has served her well and will continue to be her day-to-day fuel as we take advantage of the opportunity ahead.

Sophie Kramhoft is joining our team as Partner Experience Director. Sophie has been with Anaplan since 2017, driving partner communications and engagement in the Partner Marketing team. Sophie will now be directly responsible for designing and managing the Anaplan Partner Program, optimizing, and customizing the partner experience to deliver the right content and tools to support you and your customers’ success.

I’m also pleased to announce that Nicola Stead is taking on an extended role leading EMEA Partner Success and Partner Growth Land Strategy, with a hybrid team covering Channels, Alliances, and Partner Success. Key activities will include scaling Anaplan’s EMEA Partner ecosystem capacity for delivery and sales and building a partner strategy to support the acceleration of landing new customer base.

Mike is based in Dallas/Fort Worth, Nicola is based in the UK, and Julie and Sophie are both based in Europe - Julie in France and Sophie in Denmark.
