Easier Way to add User Access

it would be great if there was an easier way to add read/write access for users for multiple people at a time. whenever we have a new rep we have to go through every person that needs access to see their data and its a very manual process and sometimes we miss people. being able to add multiple people at once to have access to a new rep would e a lot simpler.
