Personal Dashboard Views Reset with ALM

Hi All,
Our end users utilize the personal saved views for dashboards quite heavily. However, every time we push a change to a dashboard via ALM, their saved views are reset to the master view. As we've had a few complaints, I was wondering if there are any workarounds for this. I know it's a long shot, but want to exhaust all my options before letting the business know this is a limitation of the platform.
